Total lunar eclipse – August 28, 2007

Updates : Due to the bad weather, I’m not able to see a single thing.

Tonight, we might be able to see the final portion of the Lunar Eclipse. It will be visible in Peninsula Malaysia but I’m not sure what’s the degree of visibility and what location it is visible. The eclipse began at 4:51pm MYT, Total eclipse at 5:22pm MYT and the Final portion will be expected at 7:22pm MYT.

So, start gazing at the moon at 7:22pm. I definately don’t wanna miss it even though it’s only the final part. But the weather here in KL makes me doubt that I’ll even get to see it. It’s been raining on and off today. I wonder when will it stop. Hopefully there isn’t much cloud covering the view.

  1. ahh.. your friend is lucky. I actually wanted to take a pic but all I can see is the moon being blocked by clouds. The whole sky looks so reddish… Night of the Blood Moon haha..
